Bliss Jomtien

Bliss Jomtien sits off Soi Na Jomtien 2, about 960 m from Na Jomtien Beach and 110 m from Sukhumvit Road. The developer's sale kit places the site roughly 126 km from Bangkok via Motorway 7 (through Laem Chabang), with the turn from Motorway 7 onto Soi Na Jomtien 2 about 10 km.

The master plan lays out eight plots in two rows of four around a shared internal road: A1–A4 face Soi Na Jomtien 2/1 to the north (200.80–247.40 sq.wah each), and A5–A8 face Soi Na Jomtien 2 to the south (220.80–261.40 sq.wah each). Together the eight plots total 4-2-9 rai — 1,809 sq.wah, about 7,236 sqm.

Under the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Land Use Plan B.E. 2562, the site is located in Zone P-4, a central commercial district. The plot also falls within the Bang Lamung City Plan's residential/commercial land classification, shown on the developer's planning maps as a red (commercial/residential) zone bordering Sukhumvit Road.

Two entrances connect the estate to Sukhumvit Road: via Soi Na Jomtien 2 (110 m to the site) and Soi Na Jomtien 2/1 (115 m to the site). The developer's EEC transport-plan map places the site within the wider Bang Lamung area covered by planned high-speed rail and transit projects linking the region's airports, and the Bang Lamung water-system plan shows the local drainage and canal network around the site.

Bliss Jomtien is developed by Honour Thailand, based in Pattaya and the East region of Thailand, with other properties in the area including Once Pattaya, Honour Place, again Pattaya and Once Wongamat.
